Adam Brosgall is the principal lawyer and owner of Brosgall Legal. He is a civil litigator whose legal practice focuses on ICBC claims and personal injury law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Brosgall has developed a reputation for being an effective and dynamic advocate who vigorously protects his clients’ rights and interests. As counsel, Mr. Brosgall provides solid, reasoned advice, guiding his clients through every aspect of the claim process. Mr. Brosgall represents people from all walks of life, listening and responding to each of their specific needs. He provides quality legal representation, and never loses sight of his clients’ goals.
As a civil litigator with over a decade and a half of courtroom experience, Mr. Brosgall has successfully advocated for his clients in a wide range of disputes. Mr. Brosgall has appeared in every level of the British Columbia court system, including B.C. Provincial Court; B.C. Supreme Court, and B.C. Court of Appeal. He also regularly represents clients in settlement conferences, mediations and other administrative hearings. In all these settings, Mr. Brosgall achieves favorable results through principled negotiations or, if necessary, by skilful advocacy in court.
Mr. Brosgall has degrees from universities in British Columbia, Alberta, and England. His post-graduate master’s degree was awarded “with distinction”.
After articling at a prominent downtown Vancouver law firm, Mr. Brosgall was called to the British Columbia Bar and became a practicing member of the B.C. Law Society in 1999. Mr. Brosgall then took a Crown Counsel position at the Attorney General of B.C. He attributes much of his professional success to the significant in-court experience he gained by working in the trenches for five years as a criminal prosecutor. By appearing before judges and running trials on a daily basis, Mr. Brosgall gained a level of comfort in the courtroom that most lawyers lack.

Mr. Brosgall was born and raised in Vancouver. He continues to live in Vancouver with his wife and two young children. Mr. Brosgall enjoys a long history of active community involvement. Having volunteered as Scouts Canada’s Vancouver Area Commissioner for a lengthy term, he received Scouting’s prestigious Medal for Good Service. In his spare time, Mr. Brosgall enjoys travelling, skiing, hiking, barbequing, and spending quality time with his family.
